The Old Vicarage Wedding, Southwell – Rachael & Adam 24/05/2014

Where do I begin!… Such a lovely couple who made my job so easy and enjoyable! Their relaxed yet intimate approach to their wedding photography so was evident, it really does come through in the images when the bride and groom are relaxed, happy & in the mood to try new ideas etc.

Adam & Rachael tied the knot in Cuba a few weeks before their wedding reception at the Old Vicarage Boutique Hotel in Southwell, The venue offers stunning bridal suits (which is were we decided to get some close bride and groom shots) as well as some lovely ground to the rear. Capturing a couple who have so much love for each other is a real treat!

If you’re thinking about planning your wedding here I’d highly recommend it, the staff are fantastic and the attention to detail throughout is spot on. The chef is outstanding, cooking some of the finest food I’ve ever tasted at a wedding venue! The venue itself is sophisticated with lots of character and the bridal suits are awesome! (really nice suits to photograph the bridal preparations)

Just had Matt and his assistant photograph our wedding celebration at The Old Vicarage in Southwell yesterday. From start to finish, they were both fantastic. We never felt overwhelmed and could relax and feel comfortable with the shots they were taking. We were 100% confident with the style and experimentation of the photos and where and when they being taken throughout the afternoon. Matt Selby is one brilliant photographer and we are going to be waiting like excited children to see the results. We would thoroughly recommend this hard working team.
