Where to begin! Wollaton Hall is a stunning 16th Century Elizabethan mansion and is without doubt one of the most picturesque venues in Nottingham.So good in fact it was even used as Wayne manor in the new Batman film!

The ceremony is held in the Great Hall which still has all its original features and is the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony.

Following on from the ceremony you can head to the Camellia House which is in the formal gardens of Wollaton Hall. Here you can enjoy your drinks and canapés.

Most excitingly for a lot of couples is the Prospect Room, situated on the top floor (right above the Great Hall.) You get here by taking a long walk up a narrow spiral staircase until you reach the top. With panoramic views of the city and stunning architecture you’re guaranteed some interesting photographs (see window silhouette below)

There’s also access to the roof, which for summer weddings can be something to consider for you and your photographer.
