I’m delighted to share with you the highlights from Neil &Victoria’s Trent Bridge Cricket Wedding. This is the first time I’ve worked at this venue and was I was really looking forward to it. I enjoy working in new venue’s and hunting for photo opportunities. I’m always keen to try and implement some originality to my work and capture images that haven’t been taken at any other wedding.

Neil & Victoria are a fantastic couple who are both big cricket fans so what better way to tie the knot than a Trent Bridge Cricket Wedding at one of the best cricket grounds in the country!

I’d like to let the images do the talking but would just like to place on record… For anyone who may be looking at a Trent Bridge cricket wedding, you won’t be disappointed! I’ve worked at numerous wedding venues over the last 7 years and can honestly say this venue will do everything to make your day perfect. Trudy and her team are extremely good at what they do and are always on hand throughout the day. Also the chefs need a shout out as it was one of the nicest 3 courses I’ve had at a venue!

Information & advice from the newly-weds!

How long have you been together: We’ve been together for 3 years but have known each other for 14 years.

Any stories or tales from the proposal: We were sat in the Tap n Tumbler in Nottingham and we both said ‘shall we get married’ both asked each other!

Reasons for choosing your venue: It’s Neil’s church!

Colour scheme/theme/style: Navy and yellow. Yellow for brides father who passed away.

Any special thoughts/memories from the day: Lots of laughter! We just loved being with our family and friends.

Any advice for couples planning a wedding: don’t let mothers stress about the day!
